With the rising price of petrol and all primary commodities, parents are cutting down on spending money on holidays and weekend day outs.
We know for a fact that no matter how tight our budget is, we should always make time to give our little tykes a time to enjoy their childhood and spend some time with their parents and siblings on a fun time outside the confines of their house.
I guess we are lucky to be living where we are in Australia. There are always parks almost everywhere and anybody could just stay there and use the facilities. At not a single cent to spend, our kids can play in the playground. My 2 year old just loves to play on the slide while we let my 1 year old ride the swing. After 30 minutes or an hour it’s then going home time. It may seem to not be that much, but for these small kids it already made their day. Exhausted, but very much contented.

you sure are right there! when everything else becomes expensive a trip to the park would always be there to save our backs from kids who want to have fun...
